Use most materials including some nylon-mesh and poly-mesh athletic uniforms, cotton, polyester, and acrylic. The special self adhesive layer of EnduraTex HotFlock makes for easy cutting and weeding. Cut in mirror image through the adhesive layer to the plastic backing, weed excess material, and lay the pattern on the fabric. Then cover the design area with paper or cloth. Apply heat transfer at 320ÝF for 15 seconds with medium pressure and peel away backing sheet when transfer is cool. When you wash and dry do not exceed normal temperatures of 180ÝF. Use a release paper or Teflon sheet placed between the heat platen and the plastic carrier sheet to prevent sticking and edge damage to the transferred design.
A Hot Iron can be used.   I use parchment paper to cover the top of my vinyl and iron on that.
