"Glow in the Dark" also known as "Phosfluorescent" vinyl is FDC 3556 one of the top Glow in the Dark vinyl's it is a rigid vinyl film which glows in the dark. Glows strongest for 30 minutes after exposure to light. Visible to the night-adjusted eye for 10 hours after light exposure. For indoor use only(this has been used outdoors with no problems).
